E-finned tubes

Technical data of the E-finned tubes

Fins are integrally produced through in thread rolling process.
By using the E-finned aluminum tubes can be achieved considerable reduction in the number of the heat exchangers and as a result the transfer of heat becomes more efficient.
On the outer surface of the E-finned aluminum tube there are spiral fins in uniform height made from the material of the tube by rolling, with or without core tube made from carbon or stainless steel tubes.

The main fields of application:
- heat exchangers (fixed or floating head);
- air-cooled condensation in chemical processes;
- kiln-drying;
- radiator manufacturing;
- exchangers for an air conditioning.

Advantages of using E-finned aluminum tubes:
- reduction of cost of material;
- good corrosion resistance against the medium of the heat exchanger;
- favourable heat transfer property;
- satisfactory mechanical solidity;
- long lifetime;
- low costs;

Material of tubes and fins:

Core tubes: carbon-stainless steel.
Fins: Al 99,5 ; AlMgSi 0,5

Testing:
The fins must be good adhered on the case tubes.
The checking is done on the tensile test machine.
